Dynasty Septic Tank Form Construction Specifications:
• 1/4″ plate skin minimum.
• Heavy bent ribs and structural channels for reinforcement.
• Bent top cap plates help prevent concrete buildup on the
top of the form doors.
• Locking handles at the top of the doors. Adjustable hinges keep the form tight after many years.
• Spring counterweighted doors ease form setup and
stripping.
• Offset hinge pins keep doors closed during setup.
• Core bolts down to frame for easy stripping,adjustment and
maintenance.
• The base of the septic tank form is made of heavy steel
interlocking plates.
• Machined solid 3″ diameter steel shafts and bearings for long life and low maintenance.
• Stripping mechanism lifts straight up, no cracks.
